My name is Nadine Makboul and I am a fashion designer that was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. I love to try out new fabrics and tackle diverse styles, but I especially love adding a feminine or floral touch to designs. My culture, and other cultures have inspired my creativity through the years, especially my interest in Japanese animation (anime) in my youth. I am a huge animal lover, especially dogs. In my college years I have obtained a bachelors fashion design degree, taken some business courses, and had the opportunity go to Paris for a month to be mentored by 3-time Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week Guest Designer, Stephanie Coudert. I am fluent in English, Arabic, and some Japanese.
